An importer who also pours, tastes and advises.

I am the founder and president of Avalonymos Imports Limited. I source and import exceptional European wines into Western Canada, drawing on more than 12 years of experience across the wine value chain, from estate operations to the glass.

Alongside the import business I work as an independent wine consultant, advising on estate operations, wine education and staff training. A Global MBA in Food and Wine, a Sommelier certification, WSET Level 3 in Wine, and applied agentic AI with operational strategy support that work.
